REFUND POLICY

Foreverbox is sold through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. All payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Paddle in accordance with their consumer terms.
1. Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction, without giving any reason, in accordance with Paddle’s Consumer Terms.
2. Digital Content Exception
Where the product is digital content that is made available immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once access to the digital content has begun, in accordance with applicable law and Paddle’s terms.
3. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle and are subject to Paddle’s review and approval. Refund eligibility and processing timelines are determined solely by Paddle.
4. Faulty or Misdescribed Products
This policy does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
